Terms & Conditions 69f7 — Platform Rules

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the terms below carry the following meanings when used throughout this document:

• 69f7 / Platform: the online Sports Betting and casino service available at 69f7.net and on the brand's official apps, operated by the licensed entity.
• User / You: any individual aged 18 or over who accesses, browses, registers for, or uses the services offered by 69f7.
• Account: the individual account created by the user on the 69f7 platform, protected by personal, non-transferable credentials.
• Bet: any financial transaction made by the user on the platform with the aim of obtaining a financial return based on the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Real Balance: the amount in BRL (R$) deposited by the user and available for betting and withdrawal.
• Bonus Balance: the amount credited by 69f7 through promotions and bonuses, subject to specific rollover conditions before withdrawal.
• Odds: the numerical odds that determine the multiplier applied to the amount wagered in the event of a correct outcome.
• Rollover: the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create an account and use 69f7's services, users must meet all of the following requirements on a cumulative basis:

• Be at least 18 years completed at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF registered and active with the Receita Federal;
• Not be previously registered on the platform under any other CPF, email address, or identity;
• Not be an employee, service provider, partner, or immediate family member of an employee of 69f7 or any of its partner companies;
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list with any betting platform in Brazil.

Registration requires users to provide their full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a password. All information submitted must be accurate and match the user's official ID exactly. 69f7 may request documentary proof at any time, particularly for withdrawal processing and bonus activation.

69f7 reserves the right to refuse registration or close accounts of users who do not meet the requirements above, without the need for detailed justification, returning any available real balance in the account in accordance with withdrawal procedures.

3 Account & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your 69f7 login credentials — email and password — secure. Credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or granting account access to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

If unauthorized account access is suspected, the user must immediately contact 69f7 support at suporte@69f7.net or via live chat to request a temporary account suspension while the matter is investigated.

69f7 uses two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of security, available in account settings. We strongly recommend enabling this feature for greater protection of your balance and personal data.

Users must keep their registration details up to date. Outdated information may prevent withdrawal processing, identity verification, and important account communications.

4 Deposits

69f7 accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods available to users in Brazil:

• Pix — credited instantly, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário — processing time of up to 3 business days;
• Credit card — Visa, Mastercard and Elo, processed within 24 hours;
• Debit card — instant processing;
• PicPay — credited within up to 30 minutes;
• Mercado Pago — credited within up to 30 minutes;
• TED Transfer — through Brazil's major banks (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil), with a processing time of up to 1 business day.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum limit established, although deposits above R$ 10,000.00 may require additional documentation in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering policies.

69f7 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's own responsibility and are not within the platform's control.

5 Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of their available real balance at any time, provided the following conditions are met:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 30.00;
• The account must have completed identity verification for withdrawals above R$ 1,000.00;
• Any active bonuses must have their rollover requirements met before the balance becomes withdrawable;
• The withdrawal method must be linked to the account holder's CPF.

The primary withdrawal method is Pix, processed within 10 minutes of the request, available 24 hours a day, every day of the week, including holidays. Withdrawals are also available via debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer.

Identity verification requires submitting a photo of an official government-issued ID (RG or CNH) along with a selfie. The process is completed directly on your phone and is typically approved within 2 business hours.

69f7 charges no fees on withdrawals. The full requested amount is transferred directly to the user's account.

6 Sports Betting

69f7 offers pre-match and live betting on more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), MMA and UFC, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2/CBCS, Valorant/VCT), Superliga de Vôlei, and NBB — Novo Basquete Brasil, among others.

By confirming a bet, the user acknowledges that:

• A bet is final and non-reversible once confirmed on the ticket, except when the cash out feature is available and activated by the user before or during the event;
• The outcome of a bet is determined by the official result announced by the competition's governing body, or by the result verified by our team based on official sources;
• The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to the ticket, regardless of any subsequent changes;
• Bets placed after the official start of an event are only accepted in live mode, with odds updated to the moment of confirmation.

69f7 reserves the right to cancel bets and refund the staked amount in the following situations: a manifest odds error (a price clearly inconsistent with the market due to a technical fault), an event that is cancelled or postponed by more than 72 hours, or a proven irregularity in the event wagered on.

Bets on matches involving teams or participants suspected of result manipulation may be held for review. If the suspicion is confirmed by a competent authority, the bets will be cancelled and the amounts refunded.

7 Casino & Games

The 69f7 casino section includes slots, Live Casino with real dealers, crash games, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and other games provided by internationally certified suppliers. All games use audited random number generators (RNG).

The user acknowledges that:

• Casino games carry a statistical house edge (RTP — Return to Player), which varies by game and is available in each title's information section;
• Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by strategies outside the game's own logic;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed before the match begins;
• Casino bonuses have specific rollover requirements, which may differ from those applied to Sports Betting bonuses.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

69f7 offers bonuses and promotions for new and existing users, subject to the specific conditions described in each offer. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• The welcome bonus is 100% up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit, with a 3x rollover on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50;
• Each bonus may be claimed only once per CPF, device, IP address, and bank account;
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value until the rollover requirement is met;
• 69f7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with advance notice whenever possible;
• Using multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses constitutes abuse and results in the cancellation of all balances across the accounts involved;
• Bets on events with a near-certain outcome (odds below 1.20) or on both sides of the same market do not count toward rollover requirements.

Specific promotions — such as weekly cashback, boosted odds, and free spins — have individual terms published on the Promotions page. In the event of a conflict between the general conditions described here and the specific conditions of a promotion, the specific conditions prevail.

9 Prohibited Behavior

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 69f7 platform, without prejudice to any other conduct that may constitute a violation of these terms or Brazilian law:

• Providing false information during registration or in any communication with the platform;
• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent account limits;
• Account use by third parties or sharing of login credentials;
• Money laundering or using the platform to move funds of illicit origin;
• Match-fixing or colluding with other users to secure a favorable outcome;
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or mispriced odds;
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts for Sports Betting or casino games;
• Any form of fraud, unwarranted chargebacks, or payment reversals without legitimate grounds;
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward support staff.

Violation of any of the above may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, cancellation of bonus balances, and, where provided by law, notification to the relevant authorities.

10 Intellectual Property

All elements of the 69f7 platform — including, but not limited to, the brand, logo, design, interface, texts, images, source code, tips, and published analyses — are the exclusive property of 69f7 or its licensors and are protected under Brazilian intellectual property law.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or any other use of 69f7's content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited. Permitted use is limited to personal access for Sports Betting and entertainment purposes within the platform.

By using the platform, users do not acquire any intellectual property rights — only a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use it.

11 Limitation of Liability

69f7 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed by the user, regardless of the amount or circumstances;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond the platform's reasonable control;
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by financial institutions, payment processors, or external events;
• Betting decisions based on tips or analysis published by the platform — which are informational only and do not guarantee any outcome;
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

Under no circumstances will 69f7's total liability to a user exceed the real balance available in the account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gambling

69f7 is committed to promoting responsible entertainment and preventing the harms associated with excessive gambling. The platform provides all users with the following responsible gambling tools:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limit: configurable in account preferences;
• Bet limit: maximum amount per ticket, configurable by the user;
• Voluntary break: temporary account suspension for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure with a ban on re-registration;
• Session time indicator: a configurable alert that notifies the user after an extended period of activity;
• Access to support resources: links and contacts for organizations specializing in gambling addiction, available on the Responsible Gambling page.

69f7 applies strict age and identity verification to prevent access by anyone under 18. Users who identify suspicious activity involving minors should report it to support immediately.

13 Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@69f7.net. Upon submitting the request:

• Pending bets will remain open until settled, with results credited as normal;
• The available real balance will be returned to the user via the standard withdrawal method within up to 5 business days, following full identity verification;
• Bonus balance with unmet rollover requirements will be forfeited;
• User data will be retained for the periods required by the LGPD and applicable Brazilian legislation governing the sector.

69f7 may also unilaterally close an account in the circumstances set out in these Terms and Conditions — particularly those described in the Prohibited Behavior section. In such cases, the real balance will be returned after verification, except where there is evidence of fraud or illegal activity.

14 Changes to the Terms

69f7 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect regulatory, operational, or security changes. Whenever a material change is made, users will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance, except in cases of legal or regulatory urgency requiring immediate implementation.

The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of any dispute or conflict arising from the interpretation or application of these terms, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo — SP, expressly waiving any other venue, however privileged it may be.

69f7 operates in compliance with:

• General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018);
• Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990);
• Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12.965/2014);
• Brazilian legislation applicable to the sports betting and online gaming market.
